Discover the basic strategies for implementing and maintaining a successful behavioral management program in your long-term care setting. Topics include leadership, regulatory compliance, documentation, care planning, and resident level management strategies. Participants will have a better understanding of how to manage their behavioral residents and implement successful processes.
